yea dude, your best bet would be to take the head back off and get it checked out at a machine shop. You probly wont be happy with what they find either. Same exact thing happened to me last week. Replaced my headgasket (and every other gasket on the head) after the previous owner blew it. Got it all back together and it still burned coolant. Took the head to school with me to find out that its .009" out of spec. It currently sits in the garbage.
