Yeah, I used to be from Van Nuys/Valencia/Pasedena/Lancaster/Palmdale, etc. (a lot of moving) And I go down to visit occasionally, so I kinda know the drill

You always have a place to stay here if you stroll down south. Heck, we could even look fore the huse you used to live in on my street.
