To get the dash off, I pull the outside part right above the radio to get it started, but dont pull too hard until you go all the way around it and make sure all of the clips are out. It also helps to set the park brake, tilt the steering wheel all the way down, and turn the key to the "RUN" position and put the gear selector into 1st gear. I also learned 2 places to be careful.

1. Around the steering column. You will tear the rubber around the gear shift lever.
2. There are long plastic pins at the top part that you are removing. Be sure not to break these.

I've done this a million times, but I might not have explained it very well. I'm better at doing it than describing it.
