Two words: Tune Up. I had this problem on the way to daytona a few weeks ago. I was getting hesitation on hills at interstate speeds. I had the truck for 30k (203k on it total). Anyways, plugs, wires, rotor button, and cap later, runs like a charm with a lot of restored power and fuel efficiency. The contacts in the cap were helacious and a few plugs were dirty. The total tune up cost me $200 but unless you get things at cost its more like $400 retail for the good stuff. Im getting about 16mpg/city and 21mpg/hwy with 315/75/16 tires. Not too shabby.
