not sure about the hp but you'll get heaps of replies in no time. as for engine swaps..... well anything is possible with enough $$$$$. You could always get an LS1 put in
of course then you'd have to change a lot of things and the expenses would keep piling on. I wouldn't suggest an engine swap unless you really think the car is worth the cash you're gonna spend doing the swap. If you plan to keep the car for at least 5 or so years then the engine swap is worh the hassle, if not then I'd just stay with the stock engine if I were in your shoes.
