You got the right idea, take your time and it will make a nice model. I didn't drill the holes in the back...I shaved the tabs off the bumperettes and attached them with white glue.

Also you'll notice that the lower front end needs to be molded in to cover the seams. The lower front cowling sweeps back pretty far under the car and it is in the way of installing the chassis. What I did was cut that piece off up to where the little vents start so the chassis can pass by.

The woodgrain decal for the interior is stubborn to lay down flat, use a solvent on it for sure.
