I would just like to get some opinions here from everyone. I would like to know why this would be a close race. I mean we are talking 390hp vs 330hp right? Before seeing this video I would have thought that this Cobra would have just OWNED this LS1. Now obviously you miss second gear your going to loose so that is a no brainer. My question is more geared to round 2, when this cobra was at the LS1's bumper shouldnt this have been the otherway around with 60 hp difference. I know that the driver makes a big difference and maybe there was a goof ball in the driver seat of the Cobra but Round 3 looked like both got off the line pretty good and in the end the Cobra got owned.
I guess this boils down to how much HP does it take to own an LS1.
