Adding to the above the ratio would have to be 4.04:1 for the mathemtacally challenged. now say you did turbo the bastard and gave up some weight you could maybe keep the ratio or maybe even lower it. Some sticky tires and suspension pieces and you have one hell of a performer for less then the price of anyithng else. Spekaing of which i have a stripped Neon with 148 horsepower.
