There arnt any.
Its just like driving any other car, only you sit on the other side. (the correct side, I might add).

Haveing a Left Hand Drive car however can be a real pain. Your sitting on the wrong side if you want to go through a drive through, and your passangers always have to come around into traffic if your picking them up from the side of the road.
It can also make passing slow cars very difficult, as its much much harder to see whats comeing the other way.
The car also has to be permitted, and there are now laws about how long the car has to be in the country for before your allowed to sell it.
