mpfi can go for 100-200 D16s junkyards ebay or from a company that does rebuilt like jasper.
B series are more common in tegs yes but the 99-00SI had a b16 in it also the SIRs in japan had b 16 motors in them the can run 500 for old b18a to 5k+ 18c spec R *JDM itr motor*
Best to get MPFI regardless due to fact if you swap you have that done already.
