i would deffinately go with the syn. it has far better qualities over regular oil. regular oil starts to break down at around 3k miles. as to syn oil takes alot longer to break down. and syn. oil does not oxidize like regular oil, in which oxidation can help to deteriorate the inside of your engine over time. go with synthetic, your engine will appreciate you for it.
