I use nothing other than Amsoil and I change mnine myself. The thing to look for at the quicky places are that they will spin on a cheap filter, and no matter how good the oil is it is useless without a good filter, The two top filters on the market right now are the K&N oil filter and the Amsoil filter. Both are about the same, they both trap particles down to .010 micron I think and the amsoil filter has a anit drain back valve to keep the dirty oil from draining back into the motor after the motor is shut off.
