I am thinking about getting a 240sx, and here are my questions:
1. Is there a particular year that is better than others. (does is have to be "newer is better")
2. If I get a 240sx as old as a 1991, can it be converted into a s15 with s15 sr20det?
3. I know that the s15 sr20 has about 20-30 more hp than the s14 sr20, but does this make the sr15 a bettter engine than the s14, or are they about the same after upgrades?
Thanks for all the help.

Read the FAQ, it will help you gain some perspective on this. Yes, you can convert the front of a 91 to an S15, and yes you can make the S15 SR fit in there. However, you will be much better off buying an S13 SR for alot of reasons. The S15 SR will not go directly in there, and the 6 speed tranny it comes with sucks. Plus it costs twice as much as the other SRs. Go to
