Let me guess, this is your first lowered car isn't it? I guess go over at an angle and as slow as you can. My accord is a 93 and it was dropped more than yours and I rarely scraped. Also as far as damage goes, why don't you look under your car and see where it is scraping and how bad. A couple words of advice "A little common sense goes a long way".
