Import in GR is not clear. Importing a historical car isn't the same as importing a new one, since you get specific number plates.

My pleasure. Given the strong Euro, you may want to buy a US car and then import it. As far as the A/C, the problems may be in the water pump and radiator. If these are in good condition, it should be OK. If not, there are plenty of electric fans that can keep things cool.
