Four wheel drive or two? (weight makes a big difference). Anyway, I have a four wheel drive 02' 5.3 with K&N filter, hypertech programmer, 3.73's, and hypertech 160 powerstat and the hemi got me by a half-car length. Keep in mind even though I had after market parts, I also had alot of extra weight from the 4-wheel drive. Good Luck
