I am not sure what they could have done wrong. These Hondas are one of the easiest cars to ever do. All they have to do is give a (-) pulse to the red/blue disarm wire. Either way, you should be able to disarm your car alarm by using the key in either front door. You should test this at home so you are not under pressure to get the car unlocked.
