Well when you lower your car you just have to be extra careful on inclines. I lowered my car with Eibach pro kits and KYB Agx and they ride and handle great for daily driving. Without a front lip you will not have to worry much about scraping. The lip that I have on my car will lightly scrape sometimes on steeper inclines, but scraping is something I hardly ever have to worry about with the conservative 1.3" drop. You don't have to worry about the camber either.
