I recently bought a wrx wagon very clean with 20K plus miles and the
drivers side seat has a creak when going over speed bumps or accelerating. I never noticed it when I test drove the car. The main reason is the seat was on the bottom of its lift position. The drivers wrx seat can be raised about 7 pumps of the lever, and it also
goes forward slightly. Naturally the comfortable position is 3 pumps (not real high). The creak develops when weight is put on the back of the seat not so much down but is non existent when the seat is down on the floor. I've been to the dealer who didn't really want to get into it till another day. Every Subaru I own has a gremlin that has be exorcised. Can
someone help me on this so as to avid trips back and forth to the dealer.Even though the cars under warranty should I seek a trim shop, re their lube points? If someone else has had this I'd sure like to hear their solution or experience?
