Astro 92 fuel system/battery drain
92 Astro - Dead battery replaced. Unidentified short drained battery. When jumpstarting, engine raced as if receiving too much fuel. When tried again, engine would not turn over. Dropped fuel tank, fuel pump not working. Replaced pump but still no luck. Manuel doesn't say anything about fuse. Help please? ? ?
