Why don't we compare the 2002-2003 Maxima to the CL-S instead of the 4th gen.

2002 Maxima SE 6-speed
2002 or 2003 CL-S 5-speed
Now who gets the spanking?
The CL has .2 liters on the 4th-gen Maxima, plus it has two doors and a different purpose as a car.
