Well The Tire Rubing Is Proply Due To Rong Tires On The Car Or Bad Struts ..
The One Fan Will Go On And The Other When The Ac Is On Only ...
The Noise Can Be A Number Of Things Like No Shims On The Brake Pads Loose Caliper Rotors
