This is an LS swap, correct? Okay, to retain A/C, a bracket from a 94-97 Del Sol Vtec (the Del Sol that came with a B16A) will mount the compressor correctly. You use your a/c compressor. For power sterring, use the 94+ Integra pump and mounting bracket. Use the integra throttle cable as well. The civic's is a bit shorter. For the enigne mounts, stock engine mounts will work, expect for the front stabalizer mount. This requires the 94+ Integra bracket, but uses stock civic rubber. If any of the mounts look worn, cracked etc...just replace them now while everything is out. It will make things a little easier. A long time ago, Honda Tuning had a "hybrid how to" on the LS into a 5th gen civic chassis. If that's indeed the swap you are doing, you can check it out. It really did not say much, but it says a little bit. I don't know if it's really worth tracking down though, not sure how much help it will be.
