No, its not to difficult the hardest part is actually setting the timing. You need to loosen the alternator, and remove the accessory belt, then remove timing cover. The crank pulley might take some work to get off you might need a breaker bar. then remove timing belt tensioner. Then all you have to do is set timing and put it back together, cant remeber exact procedure for setting timing. I will try and post again with procedure.

P.S. I did this on my 81 tercel hope its not to much different on a 92.
