I believe you just yank on it. Then, there will be a metal panel behind that you need to remove. That's held by a lot of 8mm screws. Once you have all of that off and you are going after the ignition wires, you can remove that grey plastic cover that is over them going into the column. It makes it much easier to do the install. That's usually the part that gets hot then melts to the point it burns up your car anyway.  |

Do I need to remove the plastic moulding under the door? or just yank on the kickPanel?
