buy new rotors, before you do inspect them on the car, just take one tire off and look at it, if its bluish in some spots that means it has heated up real bad and been abused. Also feel up and down along the rotor surface, from inside hub to outer edge... it might feel like it has grooves in it and not flat....... those are the common flaws you can visually inspect yourself pretty easily to see how the rotor is.
