Believe it or not, FrancoT - it didn't make any noise today. I drove about 80 miles on neighborhood roads as well as the interstate. As I mentioned I have replaced the bushings on the front suspension - it was rubbing metal against metal when I bought it a month ago. I thought that was the problem at the time since it seemed to depend on whether I was turning right or not and I figured suspension. I'm sure it will come back and I'm going to probe around the kick panels because YESTERDAY it sounded like the middle of the console.
