also a funny story about the royal mail. after admitting that they had buggered up in delivering (they had falsified documents saying that they had attempted a delivery when the parcel never left the depot!), i got realy arsey with the district manager of the southern london division and told him that he had cost me a lot of money (lied there, lol) and that i would write a letter to the Times unless he hand delived it himself at 6.30pm this evening. needless to say i took delivery from him at 6.30pm. with a sincere apology and a £5 book of stamps, lol.
