So last saturday night I was at my sisters house and myself and a few friends were going to head to a club before we go out we usually have a few drinks before we leave then we taka a taxi to the club so we're just sitting around talking and having a good time and I over hear this guy talking about getting his car dynoed and so I go and listen a bit and he was bragging quite a bit so I asked him wat kind of car he had and he said he had an 01 non-VTEC civic so I asked him what he had done to it and he said that he right now all he had done were some suspension upgrades but that he had just gotten a in a bunch of parts such as a new hondata computer a set of NGK spark plugs new plug wires CAI a header and he was going to do a full exhaust so I asked him what kind of 1/4 he was looking for and he said that as soon as all the parts that I listed above were on his car he would be running about 12 seconds, before I laughed at him I figured that I should ask him if he planned on turboing the car and he said no and that turboes aren't good for engines so I asked if he had done anything else to his car and he said no, he didn't seem happy when I laughed at him and explained that at this elevation that a new Z06 vette can't even run a 12 sec 1/4 and that hs car stock at that elevation runs about 17sec, he disagreed so I told him that I would be willing to bet him that in the summer when the track opens again that he wouldn't even pull a 15.5 the guy was unwilling to bet me it was fun humiliating that idiot he had no idea what he was talking about he kept going of about how light his car was it was stupid.
