Yes you may have a blown head gasket, you may also have a cracked head or engine block. The latter two are usually caused by a blown head gasket and exuast gets into the engine and it heats up and crackes the head, block, or both.

Have it towed to the nearest dealership, DO NOT START IT. Have them check it out to see, but I would say that the head gasket is gone for sure, and one or both are craked as fluid is getting into the engine and going through the exaust.
