They don't make coilovers for my car yet... should I wait? Are they that much better? Maybe I don't have another shot at such a good deal and should go with the springs???
If I go with just the springs, will I need anything else for installation? How are the springs from Tein? From what I have read they only drop my car 0.7R 1.2F. Am I going to be able to tell any kind of difference in turns, looks, and ride with this little of a change in ride height? What about when I put 19's on(currently OEM 17's)?
Thanks in advance for any advice. I am just trying to understand the purpose for the coilovers vs springs.

The differance is like the differance between night and day. For street applications springs paired with seperate shocks have NOTHING against a set of coilovers. They are not only better, but they are the only real sensable choice IMO.
In your situation, if you want in on a good deal then I'd just get the springs now, and get some good shocks to go with them, either KYB AGX's or Koni Yellos. I'd go for the Konis personally to use the Tein springs with. Hard to say when they will release coilovers for your generation of Accord. I'd have thought they would have already...
