Schlud and I had a brief coversation on this one.

This fall I will be ditching my stock treads and purchasing a more agressive tire. I will be purchasing a 31" X10.50 X 15 or 32 x 11.50 x15 All-terrain type tire. Previously I had my mind set on the BFG AT/KO however, I have recently noticed the Wild Country TXR from Les Schwab. It looks as though it is a good trade off between an AT and an MT.

I have already decided against a pure MT tire since I still want good on-road wet traction (Seattle) and good snow manners for ski trips.

My question is, how does this tires performace compare to the BFG AT/KO on the road and off? Does anyone have any idea? I know that Mosi had a set, but has since moved to BFG 32" MT's.

Thanks,

Bryan
