If the antenna is hooked up to your cd player it should raise when you turn the radio on. It won't go up on the cd function. It could either be that the power antenna line isn't hooked up or the little motor that raises it is fried. You can get a new one from a dealership or ebay, should that be the problem. The only thing, non electronic, that I know about the sunroof is the sliding cover that blocks the sunroof if opened the slightest... but that usually stops it from closing.. not opening. So I really don't know. I'm sure someone on here might though.... good luck
