If you haven't lowered yet and you are rubbing you need new wheels and tires cause it will only get worse. The correct size for a Civic iis 17x7" with 42-44mm offset and 205/40x17" tires.
I had 17x7.5" wheels with 44mm offset and 205/40x17" tires and only rubbed slightly on turns when I was dropped 2". I learned from that and went with 17x7" wheels.
