One of the first things you can do is get an new exhaust system (muffler). Also you can get a Cold Air Intake or DIY one. Also a Strut Bar will work for handling while getting 17's or 18 inch tires with help with alittle bit of handling and performance.
Those are the most cheapest mods you can do.
Some of the more expensive mods you can do is install Nitrous kit, a Turbo or Superhcarger.
