My car will not pass an emmisions test.I have changed the oxygen sensor,air flow meter,catalytic convertor,plugs,wires,rotor and cap.I have changed the valve seals and adjusted the valves.The car won't pass because there is too much fuel passing thru the throttle body. The carbon monoxide reading is 19.9969[max.allowable is 12.430.The hydro carbon reading is 1.1691[max.allowable is .7500.It passes the oxides of nitrogen. Can anyone help me with this. thanks.
