The dealer initially told me it was not covered by warranty. I called Isuzu and they followed up with the dealer who is now waiting for the factory rep to reply. Apparently there is some issue that may cover it. I understand some Rodeos had a one piece fuel sender & pump, and others had the same parts separate. The feeling I get form the dealer service manager is the item should be covered. In my case they may have only replaced the sender, and the pump should also have been replaced. Does anyone know if I can now return for the fuel pump replacement?
