well the reason why i say its fucked up of mazda is beucsae they have a history of over rating their cars, and they always get caught. they could've done something decent and fix the problem by adding more power instead of just lowering the rating. i mean when the RX-8 first came out i had alot of faith in it. the car was suppose this system where the 3rd intake port was suppose to open at a certain time. it would give it a v-tec feeling from 6K rpm on. and give it the full 250hp. however when sport compact car dynoed it they noticed the power curve fell flat on its face after 6K. and it gvae the car the same rating as the base model. i thought mazda would fix this problem esp how after they got caught. but instead they just decided to buy the car back, and lower the rating instead of actualy tryin to fix the problme and turn a good car into a great car.
