IMHO, MSD 6A is your best bang for the buck. Jacobs has somewhat of a bad rep in domestic circles, and although the import stuff seems to work better, I really don't see it as any better than the much cheaper MSD box. If you want all the bells and whistles, the Crane DMSI ( http://www.cranecams.com/whatsnew/digmulti.htm ) is a great box. Whichever you choose, make sure to use their reccomended coil too.

Also note that the OEM honda igniton is fantastic. There really is no reason for an aftermarket upgrade unless you're running forced induction or spinning above 9000 rpm. (And even then, the stock ignition would probably still do fine.)
