Try
www.micromark.com, they have a nice complete set ( silicone, relases, resin...) for about $70. I got one last year and its pretty nice. Once you have the process figured out then you can probably find stuff at your LHS.
www.alumulite.com is another excellent source. Keep in mind these products have a limited shelf life so don't but huge quantities.
