Huh??? Coverting a Ford engine to a Chevy is sacrilegious
I am pretty sure the exhaust ports have a differenet configuration

CSC may loosen the glue a bit, will definitely take the paint off. Once it has soaked remove any loose pieces. I have found that if I put the part in the freezer for awhile , this tends to make the glue baond a little more brittle and withh some gentle prying it should come apart
