ok, i need some of u local guys around here (hamilton - toronto area) to let me know if any of u have a 5 speed transmission for sale that will work with an 89 civic hatch with the d15b2, even if its the dx or si tranny i dont care, i need one ASAP for a damn good price, i was driving tonight, went 2 turn my car around but the turn was 2 tight, put it in reverse and all i hear is SNAP before i let the clutch out, my shifter goes stiff and whiles its supposed 2 be in gear i can pull the clutch out and rev the fuck outta it. my dad comes with a flashlight and we see that i blew the back of my tranny off!
so now i gotta fix THAT!
so if anyone in the area has a tranny for sale for cheap thats in excellent condition (no grinds or anything) then lemme know asap!! (before tuesday)
and dont worry, i WILL have pics of the old tranny on here when it gets pulled and i take pics
