the brake lights might be the sensor in the ebrake handle or something...no biggie...the door thing can be a bad connection for the door switch

remove the door switch and play with it, see if u see rust...

umm ur idling.....does it go it more in reverse or in drive? ur idle rpm seems fine, id check the front motor mount to see if its bad...look at it and feel for rubber touching in 3 spots...if not then its ur mount...
