Please stick to what the topic is about. lol i knew after i posted this, some moron would have to say something about swaps, even after i specifically stated i wasnt going to swap my engine out lol just goes to show how some assholes need to speak their minds anyways lmao

okay okay...calm down. ricochet knows his shit first off. look at his car. hes done the things to make it the best car for him. similar to what you want. theres a certain level of respect floating around AF and the people who learn to develop it, while ignoring those who they feel dont, receive the comments and treatment back...
alright, on to your d15b7: i have had a 95 civic lx (same as your car, with the d15b7) for about 4 years now. i love the car, so i know how you feel about messing around with a swap. to be most acurate, im going to answer your questions in order:
1. ive yet to find an aftermarket cam for ANY d-series engine...sorry, if you do find one please, please PM me with it. id love to see it.
2. this is where i strongly hint/suggest a swap. changing the compression requires new pistons/rings, which requires removing the d15b7 from the engine compartment. with the engine out of the compartment, why not take the money you would be using to upgrade for a new engine...get my point. also, you will find that this engine (stock or close to stock) actually runs better on 87-90 octane gas...YES, im serious. do some research.
3. unless your plug wires are in very bad shape, you will notice no power gain with aftermarket ones. although you will notice slight (maybe 5hp) increases in power with an aftermarket digital ignition from a company such as MSD.
...okay and as for the throttle body and manifold questions are concered...rediculous. those mods, after you spend the time and money finding/installing those parts, the gains are going to be somewhere in the 8-10hp range, and even with everything youve mentioned youre still looking at nothing more than 120 hp, up from the stock 107hp and 98lb/ft of torque...
you can be stubborn all you want, if 120hp is what YOU want out of YOUR car then thats YOUR problem. if you were wise with your money youd look into a b16a3 or the b18b1...both of which you should score for under $2000, and both of which have around 150 stock hp and much better capabilities than the measly d15b7...
