If you have the stock air box and the stock 190 Deg. thermostat, your problems could be caused by underhood temps.

Say you drive the car around for 30 mins, the temp gets up around maybe 220ish or so..., then you shut down in a parking lot, and 20 mins later you go out to start it up. All the heat from the engine has soaked through everywhere, all the air under the hood is steaming hot, and all the air in your air intake box is cooking.

With all that hot air, you won't pull as much into the cylinders, causing it to run a bit rich (~hesitation)...

Don't ask me why this symtom last for 10 minutes, but mine used to do it, I swapped in a 160 deg. thermostat, and it never happened again. BTW, now my cars operating temp is about 170-180, not 210-220...

just something to consider...
