I think you have a fairly warped perspective on values and the level of respect being shown by IL2DC here, Naki. He was clearly not impressed about the choice his parents made pertaining to his evening, but had enough respect for them that he did what they asked of him regardless.
The fact that he not only managed to do that, but he managed to do it without having a huge spat, breaking anything, hurting anybody and only outlet I can tell was a post in Stress Release speaks volumes for both his respect for his parents and maturity as an 18yo who wants a bit more freedom.
Every healthy relationship between humans on earth is based both on respect and give/take. Completely understandable you don't enjoy being left at home with kids when your wife goes out, but I'm sure the feeling is mutual when you're out and she's looking after them.
CeeJay - you are clearly the one with a chip on your shoulder when responding to Nissan Racing's posts. Mind telling us exactly what your problem is with him as opposed to making cold personal attacks?
NissanRacing - you raise some thoroughly valid points. Continue being the bigger man in that argument and not only will you find a more responsive and appreciative audience here at AF, your points/logic/argument will have far more credit.
