It sound like the cold start injector has gone bad, it is the one with the blue connector on the intake manifold.
I would just pull the connector, use a small screwdriver or your finger to push the silver spring clip in, do not pull the clip off, it's a pain to put back ... and unclip the connector.
The car should start now ... if not check if the ignition is getting fire by pulling one of the plug wires and plugging a spark plug into the connector, and seeing if it sparks on the engine block.
A note of caution, be careful with sparks and gasoline in the same spot, and make sure you use a spark plug in the lead to check for spark, otherwise you will fry the ECU with a current flow that is too high without a spark plug on the lead.
