Yep! BUT, IIRC, the block is filled, as is usually the case with drag motors.

I'd be willing to bet that 700-800 hp is attainable with a stock block while keeping the coolant passages free. Who knows? At that level, much of the difference is in how well it was put together. Details are EVERYTHING.
