Select-Trac & ABS

I have a 1992 Cherokee that has 120,000 miles and a few rust spots. I'd like to replace it with a newer Cherokee (the only Jeep style I like), but very few of the 1999-2001 Cherokees I've seen have anti-lock brakes (ABS) or the Select-Trac transfer case that allows both all-the-time and part-time 4WD. So far none I've seen have both features, but I value them on my current Jeep and do not want a Jeep without them. So my questions are these:

Can I install a salvage yard Select-Trac transfer case as a simple swap? Do the drive shafts needed to be swapped too? Will the transfer case from a Grand Cherokee with Select-Trac work? I'm guessing this is not too hard a conversion to make.

Is there any practical way to add ABS to a Cherokee that did not come so equipped? I'm hoping yes but guessing no on this one.

Thanks in advance for any help.
