Hi All, my '99 Blazer is stuck in 4WD low and doesn't shift gears at all. I have the automatic transfer case and was using auto-4WD at the time when it did this. The ATC fuse in the engine relay panel fries anytime the key is on. Inside, the electronic shifting display shows nothing lit up and doesn't react to anything. The fuse fries even with the truck in neutral. Seems to be a major short.

The problem happened after pulling out of a parking space and putting in it park. I heard some gear grinding, so maybe the transfer case is jammed in the locked position? Can only go around 10mph max now. Sounds like it needs to be taken apart, but if any of you have suggestions I'd appreciate it.
